Our verdict

Drop in your tasks and it builds a realistic day around them

Tidyday turns a messy task list into a time-blocked day, and its estimates were within 15 minutes of reality on most of our test tasks. Rescheduling when a meeting overran took one drag.

The calendar sync was flawless with both Google and Outlook. It's young, so team features are thin, but for one person's day it's the best we've used.

Great for: Solo workers who over-plan and under-finish
Skip it if: You need shared team projects
